This gentle bath soak is a thoughtful blend of magnesium, organic lavender and the world's finest clays, which not only help the body to get rid of toxins, but ease into a peaceful sleep too.

Sardinian Red Montmorillonite Clay: great for skin with amazing detox capabilities.
Calcium Bentonite Clay: mineral rich, one of the purest natural skin detoxifiers, it gently exfoliates and penetrates deep into the skin to cleanse it of impurities.
Clinoptilonite Clay: an ancient, mineral-rich clay formed when volcanic ash reacted with seawater with remarkable detoxifying, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Ground Organic Lavender: promotes relaxation and alleviates anxiety, gentle on sensitive skin.
Bicarbonate Soda: purifies bath water and ensures our ingredients can work their magic.

Ingredients:
- Magnesium Chloride: Magnesium Chloride has been proven to help with sleep, bone health, calcium absorption, type 2 diabetes, heart health, depression, PMS symptoms, anxiety, and so many other benefits.
- Red Montmorillonite Clay: Our red clay is sourced from the hills of Sardinia. Red clay is great for skin and has amazing detox capabilities.
- Calcium Bentonite Clay: Our bentonite clay is a mineral rich clay, formed from aged volcanic ash and is one of the purest natural skin detoxifier. It will gently exfoliate and penetrate deep into the skin to cleanse it of impurities.
- Clinoptilonite Clay: Active Clinoptilolite has high absorptive/adsorptive action upon the whole body. A naturally occurring mineral of volcanic origin formed millions of years ago when lava and ash fell into the sea. Zeolite Clinoptilolite is a mineral with unique and remarkable properties. It's extensively well reported health benefits are a result of its open molecular structure and naturally occurring negative charge. Zeolite acts as a cage, trapping positively charged particles such as heavy metals, environmental pollutants, potentially harmful radiation and pesticides. This negative charge allows Zeolite to attract the positively charged particles like a magnet. It is then excreted through the body's natural eliminatory channels safely and effectively. Due to its finely micronised particle size, our Clinoptilonite Clay has higher bioavailability, meaning, it is more readily absorbed by the cells.
- Ground Organic Lavender: There are so many uses for lavender. We chose organic lavender in this blend to aid in relaxation and reduction of anxiety. Lavender has been proven to be gentle even on the most sensitive skin.
- Bicarbonate Soda: We use bicarbonate of soda to purify the bath water. All tap water uses chlorine. Using bicarbonate of soda will help purify the water so that all of our beautiful ingredients can work their magic.
